Sue McKitrick has an honours degree in Urban Development and a Master of Business Administration plus over 20 years of commercial and residential real estate experience across Canada, the U.K. and India. Sue has her broker’s licence through the Real Estate Council of BC and is responsible for sales and leasing through Klio Real Estate Marketing & Sales Ltd.
With a strong background in finance, Sue is responsible for development feasibility studies, cash flow pro formas, valuations, and other financial analyses which are key to any decision making process. She has played key roles in the real estate business in any given economic situation and has been recognized for being able to draw on her wide range of experience to adapt to the needs of a client.
