Her international experience includes working for a large urban planning and construction company in Germany, and for several corporate marketing projects as a research analyst.

Sue McKitrick - Managing Broker
Sue McKitrick has an honours degree in Urban Development and a Master of Business Administration plus over 20 years of commercial and residential real estate experience across Canada, the U.K. and India. Sue has her broker’s licence through the Real Estate Council of BC and is responsible for sales and leasing through Klio Real Estate Marketing & Sales Ltd.
She has a broad range of expertise in planning, development, property and asset management, acquisitions, dispositions and corporate strategy, including company and portfolio restructuring.

Larry Davis - Business Development Manager
Raised in Texas, Larry has nearly three decades of program management, quality management, product development and construction management. Larry graduated from UTA and Texas AM at Commerce with Bachelor and Master Degrees in Science. He went to work immediately for Aerospace companies that were involved in service and product development for international and defense markets. Larry continued his work for a Lockheed Division where he worked in Program Management, Safety and Quality Engineering Management. In 1991, he became involved in Modular Home Construction Management.

Ben Checkwitch - Architect / Designer
In 2008, Ben became a partner in Klio Design and Development to help facilitate the contemporary modular designs envisioned by President and CEO Shannon Price. Since then, he has created several designs with modular construction technology in mind, while exploring the boundaries of contemporary architectural form and function.
