Sage Hills

Sage  Hills  is a 2,083 acre  sustainable  community development  in  the  Comox  Valley on  Vancouver  Island,  British  Columbia,  catering  to  national  and  international markets. Unlike traditional resort  and  golf  destinations,  the  development  is envisioned  as  a  community  integrating  education,  sports,  wellness  and  lifestyle components,  providing  opportunities  for  progressive,  inspired  working,  living  and learning,  and  designed  on  a  foundation  of  environmental  stewardship  and  global perspectives.  

What we do:

• Brand Creation and Vision Development
• Master Planning: working with senior team to develop community plan
• Project management and Administration: provide direction and strategic leadership to founder and Project Director
• Develop teams: master planners, architects, sustainability specialists, sports specialists, education specialists, and other consultants
• Community and key stakeholder management: community consultation plan, communications, public relations and event management
• Created a web-based Information Management System to administrate the project using calendar, forums, file management, and communication programs used by the team of 20+ professionals
• Website vision and day-to-day maintenance
