Mandira By The Sea

Mandira by the Sea is a collection of 38 rare condominium homes located on the waterfront in beautiful Comox, British Columbia, designed by the “Maestro of West Coast Architecture,” Brian Hemingway. Residences face south, east and west over the marina and toward the expansive Beaufort mountain range.

What we do:

• Vision and brand development
• Creation and implementation of strategic marketing campaign
• All media buying, budget tracking and ad concept creation
• Website creation and backend contact management
• Community and stakeholder management
• Event strategy and management
• Identify, design, and create sales centre
• Sales support for Realtors with extensive training, material creation and prospect follow up
• Buyer services, including hard hat tours, newsletters and suite orientation
