PROJECT: Eco-Resort Development in Gulf Islands

This project was acquired through receivership and Klio completed a comprehensive evaluation of the current situation and recommendations on opportunities for development. Klio reviewed by-laws, permits, encumbrances, zoning regulations and organized the legal opinions. Klio also completed a cost to complete and valuation and coordinated a FF&E assessment with an inventory summary. Finally, Klio completed a market assessment with a report and recommendation.

PROJECT: Partially Developed Project in Victoria, BC

Klio ascertained the viability of the re-development of this project. Klio met with a local construction company to request an order of magnitude costing, collaborated with the architects and required cost consultants from the construction company, prepared the pro forma’s and provided analysis and recommendations on the proposed development.
