Radius

Radius was designed as a 288,000 square foot mixed-use development with 101 condominium homes and an office and retail tower. Klio successfully launched the marketing campaign in 07, resulting in 50% of product sold in five weeks.

What we did:

• All media buying, budget tracking and ad concept creation
• Identify, design, and managed presentation centre
• Website creation and backend contact management system
• Community and stakeholder management
• Event strategy and management
• Trained sales team and provided day-to-day support
• Worked with the developer during design phase to create an overall project that was market driven
• Conducted research & developed a concept for the Radius wellness center
• Day to day administration of the sales contracts
• Some project management tasks
