KC Lofthouse is our nature-inspired, environmentally friendly recreational home design. Its design emulates nature’s time tested patterns, incorporating such features as rainwater capture system, solar panel, and green roof.

The KC Lofthouse is highly adaptable to many landscapes as it is designed to sit on concrete posts to minimize the impact on the surrounding environment. The floor-to-ceiling windows bring the outside in; Japanese-inspired interior sliding doors artfully create flexible private enclaves on the main level, while the multi-functional loft can accommodate extra guests or a kid’s play area.
